Laureles in Medellin, Colombia Named Coolest Neighborhood and Disney is Increasing Prices
US travel advisory, coolest neighborhoods in 2023, TSA PreCheck just got easier and Disney is increasing its prices again.

The U.S. State Department has issued a global advisory for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad due to increased global tensions and potential security threats. Citizens are advised to exercise caution and stay alert in tourist areas. This is the first non-Covid related global alert since 2018. Specific areas or incidents weren't cited.
Southwest Airlines is reducing the requirements to attain A-List status in its Rapid Rewards program. They will require fewer flights or spend on their credit cards. Southwest anticipates that the changes will not erode the value of existing elite members.
TSA Precheck is a paid program that allows members to receive expedited screening on domestic flights. This change may help more travelers become TSA PreCheck members and make Staples a one-stop shop for all things travel.
Colombia, Ireland, and Spain come out as the top 3, and Tokyo rounds out the top 10. No US neighborhoods made the top ten. See the full list of 40 here. Will you be traveling to any of these this year?
The price hikes are attributed to efforts to manage and optimize park attendance, aiming to distribute the crowd evenly throughout the year and provide a better experience for guests, as well as align with the ongoing enhancements and additions to the park’s attractions. What do you think?
